Description
Dunluce Castle, Antrim Coast, Northern Ireland. Built by the McQuillan clan around 1500, it was seized by the MacDonnell clan in the 1550's. In the 17th century Dunluce was the seat of the earls of County Antrim and saw the establishment of a small town in 1608.
