Fields outside Newtownards, Co. Down, Northern Ireland. The countryside here is arable farmland and sweeps down towards the shores of Stangford Lough.

I live in Bangor, Co. Down, Northern Ireland. Like many photographers I started when quite young and have taken pictures for as long as I can remember. In recent times I have been producing mainly monochrome images encouraged by the way light and shade play across a scene without the distraction of colour.
